(1) Moulded Expandable Polystyrene Foam (EPS)
Regular packaging for electronic &
electrical appliances, furnitures,
toys and ceramics.
For appliance parts & insulation boards

Used for the packaging of
static-sensitive devices.
A more resilient type of EPS used for the
packaging of high-end products. The HIPS
material contains rubber to make the
moulded product tougher and harder to
disintegrate during impact, providing a
better protection for the packaged product.
A high-end material used for the packaging
of light (low-weight) but shock sensitive
parts & products.
A high end material used for the packaging
of heavier but shock sensitive parts. It is
also the preferred material used by car manufacturers for the core bumper materials and other car accessories.

Combination of carton boards and moulded products
A hy-brid material composed of 65% EPS and 35% EPE. This material is so tough that it is used as the main fuselage & wing material for remote controlled airplanes.
